Yes. The on-site visit, the roof inspection, the written photo report, and the itemized estimate are all included at no cost.

Do you handle insurance claims?+
Yes. We meet the adjuster on-site, document damage with photos, and supply the paperwork your insurer needs. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on your policy and your insurer's findings.
What information should I have ready when I call?+
Helpful but not required: approximate age of the roof, year the home was built, anything you're seeing inside (stains, drips), and your ideal timeline. If you don't know any of that — no problem, we'll figure it out on-site.
