Do you handle insurance claims?+
Yes. We meet the adjuster on-site, document damage with photos, and supply the paperwork your insurer needs. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on your policy and your insurer's findings.
What roofing systems do you install?+
Architectural asphalt shingles (we're a certified Malarkey installer), standing-seam metal roofing, tile, and cedar wood shake. All four are installed to the same standard and backed by Epic's lifetime workmanship warranty.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes — licensed in Utah and we carry general liability and workers' compensation. We're happy to provide current certificates on request.
What does Epic's lifetime workmanship warranty cover?+
It covers defects in our installation workmanship for as long as you own your home. It does not cover storm or impact damage, or issues caused by other trades. Full terms are documented in writing at job completion.
Is the workmanship warranty transferable?+
Yes. If you sell your home, the workmanship warranty transfers to the new owner per the terms in your warranty document.
